WORKING!

Hi all!
The previous commands actually work.
Here is what I am using.

msiexec.exe /i "Lotus Notes 8.5.3.msi" TRANSFORMS="Lotus Notes 8.5.3.mst" ADDFEATURES=Activities /qb!

You will only see that this option has been "selected/installed" when you re-launch the installer and select modify.
